COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Black IPA transcends style. The idea is simple, but the flavor is complex. It is everything you want in a great IPA, but with a little bit of chocolate. The crisp, dry punch of hops leaves you wondering how this beer has such a balanced flavor. The secret is Midnight Wheat. Aromas of passion fruit, citrus, and pine cut their way through the dark malts to both titillate and challenge the senses. The dry finish and dark ebony color are distinctive characteristics for this winter seasonal and make for a smooth and approachable beer for the masses.

Can. Black beer with a strong but soon disappearing light brown coloured head. The aroma is strongly roasted with maltiness, and the flavour is very bitter with plenty of roastedness and rich maltiness with a dulled yeasty finish. Overall a nice strong black beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
