Sep 4, 2008 Bottle shared at the CA-GA cultural beer exchange hosted by alexanderj. Nice copper pour with beige head. Aroma is sweet fruity malt, rich, and a little oxidized. Flavor is the same, sweet toffee, still good, but this bottle probably has some age.

Aug 6, 2008 Bottle. A deep amber beer with a beige head. The aroma and taste is of caramel, fruits, hops and alcohol. Medium to full body with a sweet finish.

Aug 2, 2008 Copper with a nice head. The aroma is hoppy with a lot of spruce (gran). The flavor is also very hoppy but well-balanced.

Aug 1, 2008 Pours a hazy orange with a thin orange head. The nose is bitter and hoppy, sweet, citrusy, grapefruit rind, caramel, warming alcohol. The flavor is similar, citrusy hops, malty, warm and waxy, could have been more upfront. Thick, warm, and waxy mouthfeel. Finishes warm.
