Nicely bitter pale-lager-looking IPA. Some alcohol on the nose, nice, and lingering bitterness on the palate, but mostly unremarkable. I was optimistic after the smell, but in the end, this beer is just a lighter version of the APA, minus the fruit and plus a bit of bitterness.

does not count  Apr 9, 2008 Definitely better than their Pale Ale. I like the slight spicyness of this IPA and it’s drinkably smooth. We ordered a keg for a friends party and it was the favorite beer there. Only available in their tasting room, so skip the restaurant portion and head straight to the brewery.

Aug 21, 2007 That’s a good IPA. Better than their regular pale ale. This one has a definite bite to it. Great looking head. On draft at Old Pecos Trail grill.
