Wiping your rear with a pine cone is about as rough as camping should get. That’s why we invented this portable IPA in a can. A hoppy, refreshing beverage that goes great with campfires, bears, granola, and mosquito repellent. Happy Camping!

Pour is a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is mild hops with a sweet caramel malt backbone. Flavor is more of the caramel malts with a decent underlying hop. Hops are there but the strong malt presence kinda overrides the hoppy goodness. Santa Fe beers are all ok but just need a little more oomph.

Tap pours a nice clear golden color with some eggshell foam on top and plenty of lace down the glass. It starts earthy with citrus pine hops with some golden maltiness. There is a bitter floral element in with the orange and very light grapefruit citrus bitters. Pretty nice malty balance underneath with plenty fullness to compliment the hops. The carbonation has a nice tingle the broadens the hops and makes them linger with some malty driven sweetness underneath. A nice American ipa through and through.

A clear orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is resinous hops and citrus. The flavor is resin, quite bitter, with a strong maltiness.

IPA was fruity and piney but underwhelming. Its just missing a little depth that is replaced by some astringent notes that prevent it from making it great. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Reviewed from notes. The appearance was a orange colored body mostly clear with a one finger white foamy head that rises and falls fairly quickly - it takes about twenty seconds to settle into the body, slightly thick foamy lacing clings to the sides of the pint glass. The smell has some strong malts up front, but a good amount of citrusy hops come out to play. The taste is a balanced sweet citrus/malty flavoring with a slightly buttery aftertaste, and a sweet dry finish. On the palate, its about a light to medium, somewhat sessionable, and seems to get a bit oily here and there on the tongue and mouth. Carbonation is good for the style and for me. Overall, I say this is a good AIPA, though close to an EIPA, might not necessarily seek it out right away, but would welcome it again.

Pours a orange-copper with a one finger off white head with nice lacing. Aroma is of citrus, pine, sweet malts, and some light bready malts. Taste is pretty similar to the aroma with the addition of some caramel malts. Has a medium body with a slighty watery mouthfel and moderately bitter, semi dry finish. Overalll, a decent IPA.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2014 The color is a brownish orange color with a large off-white head, and the aroma blends resin and floral hops and caramel malts. The taste is quite balanced despite the mild bitterness due to mild butteriness and a touch of sourness; furthermore, the palate fuses a medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation, and a lightly bitter finish.
