12 oz. bottle served in lager glass at BB Rover’s on 6-19-08: Poured semi transturbulent off orange color, low carbonation, small white head formed with some lacing throughout the partaking of it. Aroma of cut grass, old wheat, and hops- kind of everywhere now that I think about it. Hits the mouth with a defined medium body, some sweetness in the mouth to start, then fades away to the hop presence which hangs for several minutes in your mouth if left uninterupted, finish is clean and has the previously stated hop character. Very nice, I liked it and will have again, but I’m in the minority here.

Oct 5, 2008 Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney, TX. Pours a hazy amber, slight off-white head that went away quickly. Aroma of malt and some hops. Flavor is malty with some hop flavor and med. bitter....Mputhfeel is light-med. body with high carbonation. Overall, a pretty basic pale ale. Easy drinking...good.

Aug 27, 2008 This has a cloudy amber color, off white soapy looking head. Really nice clean aroma of citrus, pine and a touch of soap. Crisp tasting malt with decent hops bitterness that lingers in the mouth. Overall: I plan on drinking more of this. A gem of a pale ale!

Aug 18, 2008 12oz bottle. Pours a hazy light amber with a 3 finger heavily carbonated off-white head and delicate lacing. Nose is light citrus and some spiciness. Taste is sweet malt and light citrus with a sour spicy aftertaste. Light mouth feel. Interesting beer. Refreshing for sure.
