Devilís Ale Ė Our flagship brew! Devilís Ale is a new breed of West Coast American Ales. Deep golden maroon in color, Devilís Ale is defined by as delicious citrus hop character derived from Cascade and Centennial hops grown in the Pacific Northwest and balanced firm caramel malt flavor. Devilís Ale pairs wonderfully with salmon and pork (i.e. BACON!!) and goes best with sharp cheeses such as Cheddar and Colby. Arizonaís highest rated pale ale! 96 Points- Draft Magazine. 13.5į

Draft. Clear copper with a small white head. Aroma of toast, citrus and herbal tea. Flavor of toasty malt, bitter hops and light fruity yeast, very well balanced. Medium body with average carbonation. Really nice beer, really drinkable and a great finish.

Stephan picked a can of this up in AZ and brought it back for me. A really nice, aggressively hopped pale ale. Similar in character to a Daleís Pale, though lacking its balance. Pine, citrus, and dirt.

Light amber color with a foamy egg shell head. Nice fresh citrus hop nose. This is a very flavorful APA. Lots of orange peel, mandarin oranges, and apricot flavors with a fresh red grapefruit bitterness in the finish. Maybe a little thin, but otherwise a very tasty beer.

Can. Pours with a clear bronze hued body with an off-white head that fades. Aromas are herbal, spicy, low citrus hop character, medium crystal malt, light pine. Cleaner yeast. Flavors are citrusy, grainy, wet dog, medium pine hop character and a strong amount of crystal malt. Very lively carbonation with a firm carbonic bite.

I really liked this brew, but maybe having it in on a hot Phoenix day has something to do with it. Honey sweet with a note of grapefruit, mostly. Nothing spectacular, but definitely wanted.

Draft at brewpub. Pours yellow with an inch of white foam that leaves some lacing. Big leafy hop notes on the nose. Beautiful! The taste is subtle and subdued but it fades a bit. Clean finish. Solid but not spectacular.
