Devilís Ale Ė Our flagship brew! Devilís Ale is a new breed of West Coast American Ales. Deep golden maroon in color, Devilís Ale is defined by as delicious citrus hop character derived from Cascade and Centennial hops grown in the Pacific Northwest and balanced firm caramel malt flavor. Devilís Ale pairs wonderfully with salmon and pork (i.e. BACON!!) and goes best with sharp cheeses such as Cheddar and Colby. Arizonaís highest rated pale ale! 96 Points- Draft Magazine. 13.5į

From a can, poured into a 12 oz. glass. Pours a medium off-white head two fingers deep, some fruity hop aromas mixed with sweet malt notes. Taste is some NW hop fruitiness with a firm, lingering crystally sweet malt backbone. A well balanced, somewhat sessionable, infinitely enjoyable American amber (or possibly a more aggressive English pale?) ale. Was recommended by a total stranger while at the Majestic Mobil in Flagstaff.

Reviewed from notes. From my AZ trip. The appearance had a hazy pale brown to orange color. one finger white foamy head that dies to have a moderate filmy lacing trying to stick to the sides of the glass. The smell had a nicely dosed amount of bitter somewhat piney hops to an equal amount of pale malts to allow a decent blend to permeate my nose. The taste was quite a flavorful through the nice allocation of malts to hops - blended very nicely. Dry somewhat malty aftertaste and finish. On the palate, it sat at/about a light to medium on body - more likely probably closer to medium, but still having a decent sessionable aspect to it. Carbonation is good fo the style and for me as thereís a decent amount of harshness for an APA, but nothing overbearing. Overbearing, it was a good APA that would be well welcomed if I could find in my distro as a regular in my fridge

this to me tastes like a mix of an IPA and an amber. i really enjoy this beer although it is definitely not the same out of a can as it is on tap. i also usually drink this at the brewery

Itís not a bad beer. But thereís nothing exciting going on here either. Not overly hoppy. Not overly malty. Kinda session like.

Can - Grassy and citrus hops. Clear gold with a thin white head. Citrus hops with a decent sweetness and a bitter grassy finish.

12oz can in a tulip. Pours deep amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy hops, a lot of pale, caramel, and cereal malts, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not the best pale ale, looks too dark and is not hoppy enough.

This is good, choppy pale ale. It is orange red in color with a thin head of fine bubbles. There are citrus and floral notes in the nose and the taste is lightly sweet. I wish there was either a bit more carbonation or more bitterness to cut the sweetness but other than that no complaints.

Caramely, smooth taste with great creamy mouthfeel. Nice pale ale finish. Solid brew.

12 oz can. Copper pour, white frothy head. Aroma of grass and mild hops. Taste is more or less the same, mild hop presence, bit of a grassy aftertaste. Not too shabby.

An amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with nice light floral hops, decent. In mouth, a light caramel malt with smooth floral hops, light grapefruit, OK. On tap at brewery.
