Devilís Ale Ė Our flagship brew! Devilís Ale is a new breed of West Coast American Ales. Deep golden maroon in color, Devilís Ale is defined by as delicious citrus hop character derived from Cascade and Centennial hops grown in the Pacific Northwest and balanced firm caramel malt flavor. Devilís Ale pairs wonderfully with salmon and pork (i.e. BACON!!) and goes best with sharp cheeses such as Cheddar and Colby. Arizonaís highest rated pale ale! 96 Points- Draft Magazine. 13.5į

Pour out of 12 oz can, dark reddish pour with white head, aroma brought notes of orange peel, grass, pine, some resin into some caramel, toffee, spicy notes. Taste had some bitter pine, prickly spice, some grapefruit and sweet orange, some honey/cracker, finishing bitter, spicy.

Iím rating this beer almost 3 months from when I tried it but the brew sticks in my memory. All-around GREAT ale as I recall. The fact that I just rode into camp from an all-day group bike ride, tired and THIRSTY and in some very warm weather may have biased-high my opinion. Nevertheless, the experience had me immediately reaching into the our club cooler for another. Never met an angel that didnít like a little Devils Ale.

Actually not a bad brew. Much better than Mr.Pineapple. It is a simple ale. Light head. The hops are prominent. Smooth taste. Citrusy but not cloying aftertaste. Fine beer for late summer.

can to glass; meh - not my favorite style - basically it looked smelled and tasted like a pale ale - maybe a little tamer than some but just not my style.

Clear amber color with ivory head. Mild spicy, dank, earthy hop aromas. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Floral, spicy hop flavors with a lightly dry pale malt base brew____drying finish----good.

Clear amber color, moderate head, decent lace/retention. Aroma is grapefruit, citrus, pine - very hoppy with some caramel. Medium bodied, high bitterness for an APA.

Amber orange hazy pour. Medium and dissipating off white head. Little lacing. Aroma is a lot of orange, grapefruit, and some pine. Mild malt toastiness. Flavor is a lot of bitter hops and orange up front. A little grassy in the middle and ends bitter, dry, and candy sweetness. ---Rated via iPhone

Can to glass. Pours a copper color with decent white head. Aroma is nice citrusy hops balanced with slightly sweet caramel malts, hint of toast. Taste is nice citrus hops balanced with semi sweet caramel malts. Hints of pine and grass, finishing with a nice mild bitterness. Way better from the glass than the can. Palate is medium body, high carbonation. Enjoyed this one.

i like teh hops used here, but didnít dig this ale. Didnít seem nearly fresh, but that ainít my fault (had at a festival). Taste and aroma were on the weak side, bitter but lacking any pop

On tap: The aroma consists of moderate citrus/orange with some faint fruit and grapefruit. Itís a transparent amber with a one finger off-white head hat eventually fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. The flavor starts with moderate citrus/orange, light fruit, and a hint of caramel. The finish has moderate grapefruit and just a hint of pine. Itís light-medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel. Overall, a really solid Pale Ale.
