Devilís Ale Ė Our flagship brew! Devilís Ale is a new breed of West Coast American Ales. Deep golden maroon in color, Devilís Ale is defined by as delicious citrus hop character derived from Cascade and Centennial hops grown in the Pacific Northwest and balanced firm caramel malt flavor. Devilís Ale pairs wonderfully with salmon and pork (i.e. BACON!!) and goes best with sharp cheeses such as Cheddar and Colby. Arizonaís highest rated pale ale! 96 Points- Draft Magazine. 13.5į

ForkEmDaavils! An ASU beer, very cool. Pours a pretty standard brownish/copper color with a decently nice tan-cream head. Aroma is a little wheaty, but flavor is pine, citrus and dry/bitter. Its gor a slightly tart/bitter flavor/finish/mouthfeel.

Can to glass. Pours a copper color with decent white head. Aroma is nice citrusy hops balanced with slightly sweet caramel malts, hint of toast. Taste is nice citrus hops balanced with semi sweet caramel malts. Hints of pine and grass, finishing with a nice mild bitterness. Way better from the glass than the can. Palate is medium body, high carbonation. Enjoyed this one.

i like teh hops used here, but didnít dig this ale. Didnít seem nearly fresh, but that ainít my fault (had at a festival). Taste and aroma were on the weak side, bitter but lacking any pop

On tap: The aroma consists of moderate citrus/orange with some faint fruit and grapefruit. Itís a transparent amber with a one finger off-white head hat eventually fades to a thin film outlined by a thicker ring. The flavor starts with moderate citrus/orange, light fruit, and a hint of caramel. The finish has moderate grapefruit and just a hint of pine. Itís light-medium bodied with soft carbonation and mouthfeel. Overall, a really solid Pale Ale.

Clear dark amber pour with large off white head. Aroma of fruits, citrus, caramel and hops. Taste of caramel, malts, slight citrus, and hops. Medium bodied, nice carbonation, well balanced.

pours a medium rose color with a thin but lasting white head and no lacing. aroma is very weak and vaguely citric with some malt. medium thin body with a stiff, flat taste. notes of paint, minerals, grapefruit and cherry. finish is stiff and dry-wallesque. Pretty unappealing beer.

Can. Pours a dark amber with a fine-grained head that leaves more lace than whatís found at a Victorian anti-macassar factory. Nose is mild citrus and hops, along with a rounder almost lactic note. Mild on the tongue; the carbonation is very light, and the hops are gentle. Not much sweetness, though thereís a faint fruity maltiness. Finish is short. Not as much substance as I would have liked.

Quite fruity, like all the SanTan beers Iíve tried, but the grassy, resinous hops make this one more balanced.

Amber copper in color. Gorgeous floral grassy aroma. Clean citrus hops flavor with a touch of some herbs and a bit of a malty backbone. Overall, this is a nice brew. Iíll purchase again...
