ForkEmDaavils! An ASU beer, very cool.
Pours a pretty standard brownish/copper color with a decently nice tan-cream head. Aroma is a little wheaty, but flavor is pine, citrus and dry/bitter. Its gor a slightly tart/bitter flavor/finish/mouthfeel.

Itís not a bad beer. But thereís nothing exciting going on here either. Not overly hoppy. Not overly malty. Kinda session like.

12oz can in a tulip. Pours deep amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of floral and lightly citrusy hops, a lot of pale, caramel, and cereal malts, and some dough. Flavor the same. Average texture. Not the best pale ale, looks too dark and is not hoppy enough.

This is good, choppy pale ale. It is orange red in color with a thin head of fine bubbles. There are citrus and floral notes in the nose and the taste is lightly sweet. I wish there was either a bit more carbonation or more bitterness to cut the sweetness but other than that no complaints.

12 oz can. Copper pour, white frothy head. Aroma of grass and mild hops. Taste is more or less the same, mild hop presence, bit of a grassy aftertaste. Not too shabby.

An amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with nice light floral hops, decent. In mouth, a light caramel malt with smooth floral hops, light grapefruit, OK. On tap at brewery.

On tap at the brewery. Brilliantly clear copper with low head and decent lacing. Low hop aroma, moderate malt/caramel aroma. Flavor is mostly toasty caramel malts. Hops play a supporting role. Great mouthfeel. Always look forward to this one when Iím in AZ.
