COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This yellow ale is a refreshing favorite often served with a lemon or orange slice. Wheat yeast gives a HefeWeizen it’s unmistakable Banana/Clove character which also pairs remarkably well with many different foods.

12 fl oz / 355mL can into a pint glass. Served cold. Aroma: Pretty yeasty/bready. Nice spices; cloves. Appearance: Hazy/opaque tannish-orangeish yellow. Quickly dissipating head. Taste: Oh yeah, cloves! Bananas! Spices balance and play nicely with the banana, but this isn’t overly, super fruity. Quite pleasant, quite tasty. Palate: Refreshing and crisp. Neat and smooth. Medium body, decent finish. Overall: Really outstanding hefeweizen. Unlike any I’ve had before! Fantastic beer.

12oz can. Pours golden orange with a slight little haze. Not much head on this one. Aroma consisting of yeast, subtle banana esters, tropical fruit and canned peaches. Pretty light, and not much definition as far as body goes. Not a bad thing at all. Flavors of tropical fruit, hefe yeast, and grains. Actually tastes better straight from the can. This shit is easily crushable. Not a crazy hefeweizen, but really refreshing, which can go a long way.

Cloudy yellow, thin ring of foam. Smells like banana and bubble gum, with some notes of, I don’t know, coriander? maybe? Soft palate. Taste is banana and other yeasty notes. Nicely sweet.

Had this poured from tap at SanTan brewing in Arizona. Crazy yellow and cloudy pour. Creamy head. Mellow taste and not too heavy on the style - - a plus for me. Would have again surprisingly

Well done, straightforward hefeweizen. Moderate aroma of wheat and yeast. Flavor is smooth, standard hefeweizen, with old world yeast. Slight banana hint. From a can into a frosted glass, we lemon added. I’m liking this brewery more and more, especially its Devil’s Ale.

On tap; poured a slightly dark gold. Aroma of wheat, banana and yeast. Flavor was on the dry side. Palate was crisp. Wheat and a small banana presence. Ok overall.

(Rating #4392)

Hazy golden color with a diffuse, big bubbled carbonation out of the can. Nice aroma of banana, bubblegum and cloves. This is a definite Bavarian Wheat beer, with lots of banana, clove, yeast, and a little sour orange juice. Decent for the style.

Poured from can into icy beer mug. Nice cloudy hefe appearance synonymous with the label and branding. Nothing overwhelming in aroma or taste. I can’t stand hefe’s that add too much orange or lemon. This one allows you to add the lemon or orange on the side if that’s your thing, just like the description. Very refreshing, healthy. Definitely a top 5 HefeWeizen experience.
