COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This yellow ale is a refreshing favorite often served with a lemon or orange slice. Wheat yeast gives a HefeWeizen it’s unmistakable Banana/Clove character which also pairs remarkably well with many different foods. 13°

A decent wheat beer. Pours a good head, small lacing. Not a substantial or flavorful taste. Hints of clove. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Not my favorite style but for what it is very solid. Enjoy the banana notes. There's a hint of spice to keep things interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can - Banana, clove and some sweet mango. Hazy yellow with a white head. Tastes just as it smells, a bit fruity and sweet but decent.

Can. Pours hazy golden yellow with white head. Smell is wheat, banana, citrus and sweet malt. Taste is banana bread, citrus, spice and sweet malt. Thin to medium bodied, unbalanced – different interpretation of the style. Would prefer something from Germany over this fruity version. Decent but wouldn’t try again.

Pours cloudy deep golden with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, wheat and banana. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Can. It’s an unclear, golden-orange beer with an off-white head. The aroma is quite pheonlic, with banana, lemon notes, cloves and a touch of wheat. Bubblegum too. The flavor pretty much the same, quite decent, but too phenolic I think. Lots of bubblegum and banana, with cloves, lemon notes and wheat. A touch of bitterness too, especially in the end. Dry on the palate, even though it tastes a bit sweet. Banana, bubblegum and cloves in the end. Well... not a favorite of mine, but far from bad either. 130819

Unclear yellow. Rather small white head, mostly diminishing. Wheat, banana, clove, little spiciness. Lighter side of medium body. Doesnt stand up against the big boys.

Pours a cloudy golden yellow with a white head. Aroma of yeasty banana and clove. Taste is the same. Nothing offputting, but nothing special either.

12 fl oz / 355mL can into a pint glass. Served cold. Aroma: Pretty yeasty/bready. Nice spices; cloves. Appearance: Hazy/opaque tannish-orangeish yellow. Quickly dissipating head. Taste: Oh yeah, cloves! Bananas! Spices balance and play nicely with the banana, but this isn’t overly, super fruity. Quite pleasant, quite tasty. Palate: Refreshing and crisp. Neat and smooth. Medium body, decent finish. Overall: Really outstanding hefeweizen. Unlike any I’ve had before! Fantastic beer.
