4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Real dark pour with tan disappearing head. I really like this, A medium like milk chocolate nose with some roast in the background. Taste is well balanced to my liking. Bittersweet chocolates with some nuttyness. Nothing jumps out, its just a wonderful state of equilibrium. Not too sweet, not too hoppy. Silky palate. I am very happy with some of our local breweries.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
16oz glass: on tap at The Stadium Brewing brewpub, California on 18th may 2015. More deep ruby red than black in my eyes, but certainly dark: on top a tanned foam blanket. Malts rule the nose and taste with mild chocolate notes leading the way in both the aroma and flavours. Not at all thin or weak it just did not seem robust or alcoholic enough for me: decent but lacking that extra touch to make it unforgettable.

Tasted from can. Pours black with beige head. Aroma is chocolate with maybe a hint of molasses. Taste is mild to moderately sweet with a nice mild bitterness. Dark chocolate flavor with some caramel and light coffee notes. Overall a pretty good Porter.

Why are panthers the sexiest big cats? Sex Lion? Sex Tiger? Sex Cheetah? Sex Leopard? Sex Jaguar? Nothing. Sex Panther? Eight breweries have used the name. Not that I’m complaining. Pours black. (Oh, is *that* why?) Lots of chocolate. Search "Pantherman 1974" on youtube and it will all make sense.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Draft at ohso, very thin, moderate chocolate. Should have more body for the abv, it’s not bad. Light and inoffensive

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can pours brown/black with a beige head. Aroma is pretty tame with slight roastiness and a hint of underlying chocolate. Flavor shows chocolate and moderate roast (almost ashy). Overall body is much thinner than expected and finishes dry.
