COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Strawberry Wit is a Traditionally brewed Belgian Wheat Ale. Wit means White in Belgian which describes the soft snowy haze appearance of this un-filtered Wit Beer. Fresh Natural Strawberry added after Fermentation give this beer a distinct fruity nose. The subtle sweetness of the strawberries allows the mellow clove and coriander flavors of the Wit beer to compliment each other. Strawberry Wit is slightly fizzier than most beers which gives it a refreshingly sweet Zing an makes it a perfect match for salads and desserts.

at the pub 9/28/2009. slightly hazed pale gold... pineapple juice color with a fluffy white head and a bunch of clingy foam. big sweet blast of strawberry bubblegum, candy and musty wheat with a little lemon in the background. it reminds me a lot of strawberry now and laters or hubba bubba... artificial though intriguing nonetheless. the flavor is... ick. artificial (i was informed otherwise by the server) and cloyingly fake. there is no way to taste anything else because the phoney strawberry is so overwhelming. it tastes like it should be sickly sweet yet it manages to avoid that. the thin body and watery texture certainly don’t help out. i can taste this for hours later and it even gave be a bit of heartburn it was so forceful. 5/3/2/2/5/1.7

On tap at the brewery. Pours like pineapple juice with a fluffy white head. Permeates the aroma of strawberry shortcake -- whoa. Tastes sicky sweet -- exactly like strawberry bubble gum -- which quickly becomes cloying. I was still tasting this two beers later! Seems like a novelty beer. No, thank you.

Tap @ Brewery. Man the strawberry kiwi fruit aroma hits the nose and I said whew that is a berry arma alright. Hazy gold body with white head and good lacing left on glass. Thought this was a fruit beer at first but had a thicker body teature along with some banana in the flavor. Good carbinated belch on finish. Good stuff.
