omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 8, 2008 Updated: Apr 25, 2008Bottled. Hazy pale golden, fizzy head vanishing within a second. Sweaty aroma of cocoa and mashed apples. Sweet at first, heavy cardboard flavour.
Severely thin and metallic, milky and with salty dry finish with notes of blood. Quite aggressive - not recommended. Oakes (6979), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Aug 12, 2007 Bottle, Dhaka Bazar (Fraser St, Vancouver) The colour of dark apple juice. No head. Hugely worty aroma, with almost a malta-like caramel accent. Watery front...some overripe peaches in the background and a somewhat unpleasant caramel note. Very sweet, and that’s how it finishes, with a big ugly shot of cloying. Definitely not going down as a favourite of mine. Dorqui (1289), Brescia, Italy Jun 29, 2007 Updated: Sep 13, 2007Bottled 033L. Bought in Hurghada. Strangely chestnut color lacking in fizz and with a nearly absent foam. Wretched aroma similar to green tea and dried moss. Atrocious taste, indeed similar to syrup, deprives of fizz, totally smooth and barren. Not even a camel could drink it. The worse thing that I never drunk. ogivlado (2397), Zagreb, Croatia Feb 23, 2007 Bottled(330ml). -my friend bought this in Egypt in some ’shop’ near The Valley of the Kings, dark golden coloured, no head, furniture cardboard nose, strong unpleasant sweet caramel taste, strong burnt sugar finish, the label says- ingrediants:malt, carbonated water, hops; but I hardly feel anything except sugar.
