Poured from a bottle. Aroma is very chardonnay. Some pear and tropical fruit notes with a bit of stone fruit. Lots of buttery wine notes. Pours a hazy, golden orange with a small, thin white head that recedes to the edges where it lingers. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor is slightly acidic with moderate white wine oak notes. Some tropical and stone fruit notes with a bit of citrus. Some light cracker notes with a bit of pineapple and buttery notes. Low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice beer, but the white wine notes are very buttery. Some nice fruit notes with some light grain and bread notes. Not as oxidized as I expected.

Thanks to Dave for this bottle! Cloudy golden pour with a small white head. Big chardonnay aroma, lemon, some oak, and lots of fruit. Big pineapple, mango, and peach. Some straw and yeast, too. Moderate lemon tartness and flavor. Lots of pineapple, peach, and mango. Salty/briny finish. Notes of oak and white wine as well.

Pours hazy yellow-gold, tinged with tangerine. Aroma is buttery white wine, lemon zest and lime, French cider and mild chlorinic notes from the brett. Very woody and winey in flavor, moderate butter from the oak, tart key lime fruitiness. Carbonation is a little on the low side and this beer would benefit from more sparkliness to liven up a mouthfeel that suffers a bit from the oakiness. Overall quite enjoyable.

750mL bottle, courtesy of illidurit. Thanks, David! Pours a hazy, bright golden-yellow color; fine-bubbled white head with nice lacing. Salty, tart lemons, with some rounded buttery notes in the aroma; a touch sharp throughout. Medium body; fluffly carbonation; again, a slightly salty element, firm acidity, nice lemony tartness, and a bit of lightly tannic toasted oak. Quite nice stuff, if a bit heavy-handed with the buttery Chardonnay and saltiness throughout.

Bottle from brewery. Hazy golden with a thin fizzy white head. Strong oaky Chardonnay, grape, apple, pear, and vanilla aroma. Smooth soft and lightly creamy palate. Chardonnay flavors dominate up front followed by a tart fruitiness with notes of grape, apple, and pear and finishing crisp with pleasantly lingering vanilla and oak flavors. Delicious.
