Hazy orange. Bread dough, spice and pumpernickel. Honey comb and cereal. Mineral mouthfeel. This is really nice. enjoyed alongside with anais. Think I preferred this one.

Draft @ the source. Pale hazy gold. Aroma is grain, peppery yeast and hints of fruitiness. Very drying texture on the tongue but nice flavors of doughy yeast, tart fruit that has a strong lemon character. Light and refreshing and could be drank in large amounts. (with some water to help between rehydrate) I can see myself sitting in the California sun and absorbing this brew. Nice

On draft at SARA. Aroma of lemon and grass with a light hay and funk to it. Pour is hazy, light yellow, little head. Quite plain in the flavor up front; finish reveals some citrus and pepper. Also light and dry, crisp an refreshing. Opens up a lot as it warms.

On tap at the brewery. Aroma is full of overripe stone fruit and pear. Medium light pepper with coriander and grains of paradise. Low grain notes and a light soapiness. Pours a slightly cloudy, golden yellow with a small, somewhat thin, white head that lingers nicely on the edges. Light lacing and faint legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with light grain notes. Light, overripe tropical fruit and pear. Low spicy, phenolic notes of grains of paradise and coriander. Light bitterness. Mouthfeel is light bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice Saison but not an amazing one. A really easy drinking, summer saison. I find the aroma to be nice, but flavor a bit boring. Good mouthfeel though with a nice creaminess.

Poured bright golden orange with average sized head/lace. On draft with some heady brahs at sante Adairius. Tons of banana bread, yeast, florals, rustic grains, and earth. Got a little sweet and malty at times. This was my least favorite of the afternoon.

Aroma of pils and golden malta... Color is clear gold... Flavor is earthy, but more of a fruity, crisp golden ale flavor than a lot of saisons... Decent, like their lucybelle better... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Sante Adairius, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out various cereal grains, some rustic notes, and Belgian yeast - thought the grain definitely takes centre stage. Flavour is similar, bringing out notes of various cereal grains, toasted crusty rye bread, and some Belgian farmhouse rustic notes. Quite dry, grainy and rustic. Full-bodied for a sub-5% saison. Good stuff.

On tap @ Sante Adairius. Hazed golden pour with a white head. Aroma is bread, cracker, and peach. Hints of yeast, apricot, and bread dough. Pretty biscuity, too. Flavor is a touch sweet with some dough, biscuit, and bread. A touch of herbal hops, peach, and orange peel. Light yeastiness.

Pours pale yellow, straw colored. Quite cloudy. Medium white head. Lots of small bubbles. Aroma is earthy with a very nice saison yeast character. Mild lemons. Some rye spice. Very grain-ish flavor. It almost has an oaty quality to it. Light, refreshing taste. Lots of grain but still fairly dry. The grain variety is quite interesting. There’s significantly more depth than a regular saison. Lots of bready notes bouncing around. Feel is light and creamy. Very nice light saison.
