Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow gold with a small white head that settles into a ring, leaving spots and streaks of film in the glass. Notes of straw, bready and pale doughy malts, lemon, herbs, florals, faint stone fruit, and almost a bit of funk. Light-medium bodied, with a bright, dry, lightly fruity and funky mouthfeel. Very nice.

On tap @ Beercraft. Hazed straw colored beer with a thick white head and sticky lacing. Herbs, lemon, and weed. Maybe a little bit of wax. It’s fairly bitter, has a lot of bread dough, and pepper. Kind of rough for my tastes and almost vegetal. Not something I’d order again, I must say. A let down.

Draft at source. Nose is super danky with a ton of citrus. Hazy orange with small head. Taste is lightly herbal with some lemon character. Nice. Nose is better than aroma.

Keg at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a creamy white head. The nose holds pale grains, muted citrus, a little rind. Light sweet flavor with lots of pithy citrus, minerals, light doughy pale malts. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean and pretty dry to finish, more pale malts, pithy citrus, minerals. Not bad.
