As described by the brewery... rich and buttery... Lactic, buttery layers.. Medium bodied.. Unique.. Very enjoyable barrel aged, Brett influenced beer. Worth trying for yourself if on tap. --- tasted while on a long journey to understand the world around me...

Pours dark golden orange with a filmy white head. Buttery oaky chardonnay with some mild banana and apricot. Similar flavor, lightly fruity and pale malty with oak and mild butter and tannin notes. Nice subtle wine integration.
