Pretty good IPA - standard appearance and aroma is as you’d expect. Good malt balance with the bitterness however on the downside I get left with almost a bitter chocolate aftertaste. A little harsh with the specialty malts clashing with the hop flavors is a bit of a detractor.

750 ml bottle. BB 20/09/2105. At the Beer Time, Athens, Greece. Amber colour with a big foamy off-white head. Yeasty hoppy aroma with pine and some resin accompanied with some maltiness. The flavour is pine and resin hops, moderate bitterness, some caramel sweetness and maltiness. Not necessarily an IPA that requires the royal treatment it got (served in a champagne bowl covered in ice) but certainly a good example of a rare breed of Greek IPA. Tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hands down the best Greek beer. Everything you want from an IPA you find it in this beer. Only downside is the price given its a Greek beer after all.

Beer from brewery tour. Pours a nice orange coloured beer, slighty hazy, with a good sized off-white head on top. Good retention, light lacing left on the glass. Nice aroma of hops, some citrus. Great taste, lots of citrus, some pine, resin, some malts and caramel on the finish jst before the bitterness from hops kicks in. Quite long aftertaste too. Medium body, good soft carbonation. Overall a very good beer.

3/3 on brewery minitour. The earth/dirt note hit hardest for me on this one, and the same huge bitterness without hop character and aromatics that brought the Red Donkey down for me was in fuller effect here.

From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy dark orange color with big off-white head. Heavy hoppy aroma, fruity, piney, malty too. Light sweet and heavy bitter taste, fruity and piney again. Medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

Opaque reddish-copper beer with a medium foamy light tan head that lasts. Spicy nose of lemongrass, coriander, and pine. Flavor is bright with some nice citrus, which then gives way quickly to bitter resin flavor that coats the tongue and lingers. This develops into some grassy overtones. Nice beer with numerous layers.

Bottle. Murky copper with fluffy off white head. Aroma and taste are earthy bitterness, grapefruit and some biscuity malt. Full mouthfeel and little carb. Nice offering.

Pours a hazy red golden color with pretty big white head. Nose of caramel malt, grapefruit hoppyness. Full body kind if creamy with a good hoppy finish. Excellent once again.

Poured from bottle to glass. Hazy golden hue with fizzy white head. Aroma is pine, straw , lemon, melon. Mouthfeel is ok with a medium light body and zesty carbonation. Taste is dry throughout doth a strong hop bitterness in the following. Overall this is a decent brew.
