Light banana aroma. Cloudy, yellow color, white head, good lace. Sweet, banana (long lasting), light bitter, medium body. Average weizen.

Draft at some restaurant in Vaihingen, Germany. Poured cloudy golden yellow with a very full, slightly yellow head. Veyr nic elooking hefe. Same aroma as the dunkel- yeast, banana, clove. Flavor is a bit more bitter with less sweetness than the dunkel. Lots more carbonation too. Finish is somewhat bitter and doesn’t finish like a hefeweizen with a lingering sweetness. This finishes kind of dry like a pilsner. Good beer.

Pours a beautiful yellow with a wonderfully fluffy, white head. Flavor is a decent mix typical hefe ingredients, but it needs a little more ooomph. Palate is smooth. Finish is nice, with a touch of banana and orange.

Nice hefe nose: cloves, bananas. Cloudy khaki orange, bit spongy head. Chewy wheat malt body with notes of vanilla. Soapy mouthfeel. Decent but not the best German HW.

Decent hefeweizen beer, a bit yeasty in taste but not overwhelming. sweet finish. Perfect for a nice summer evening.
