I should have know better: A belgian lager in a champagne bottle. Clear yellow with white shortlived head with good lacing. Metallic blood-like, aroma of stale hops going tino a bland flavor with watery aftertaste. Probably the worst lager in South Africa.

Light blond color; hazy. Dusty hay aroma. Dry mouthfeel, no malt flavor; light puke flavor; is it a signature of the brewery? Bad.

Ungstrup (29334) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2009
Bottled. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt, cardboard, and some spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of spices, malt, yeast, and a bit of cardboard, leading to a dry lemony and cardboardy finish.

Papsoe (25085) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 30, 2009
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear yellow with a small, lacing white head. Malt and a little yeast in the nose. Medium body, heavy carbonation, malty alright, a little fruit and yeast but hardly any hops. Nowhere near a straight and clean Pilsener. 301109
