375 ml bottle. Pours a deep purplish red with no head. This is a still mead. Pleasant aroma of grapes and sweet honey. The flavor is both grape and sweet honey. The grapes remind me a bit of concord grapes, although I see from the label it is a spanish grape. Sweet without being cloying or syrupy. Nice mead.

Fantastic mead. Honey is what red wine has been missing for all this years. If you’re a red wine drinker and have never had mead, this is a great place to start.

Pours a deep cranberry color. Flavor is bold honey very sweet. Flavor is sugary sweet honey up front. Light notes of grape juice with a bit of red grape skin. Very sweet but nice.

Really great mead. Small sample at a Sap House seminar and they were all great. This one was medium to high sweetness and a great spicy/peppery grape juice flavor with a spicy honey base. Really good.

At mead tasting, sweeter of the meads but the grape flavors overlap a little too much with the honey. Still good stuff.
