COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light beer brewed with the finest Pilsen Malt and is imbued with subtle hints of floral hop character. We serve this beer extra cold and crisp…just like the falls and springs that surround our area.

7/17/11 sapphire mtn pils on tap in sapphire. Clear gold soft white head and slight drippy foam. A+F lemon, crisp grain, clean, peachy fruitiness. AT has a lavender/fresh herbal green-ness and faint honey. Crisp, dry very mild grainy and hoppy bitterness. Actually, this is really good... 7/4/7/4/16+

Slightly hazy gold, medium body with medium-high carbonation.

Aroma: tart lemon, pale malt, and a hint of something reminiscent of wheat or heather.

Taste: pale malt, bittering hops, lemon rind, and again something grainy or grassy.

Good, but does not seem like a pilsner due to lack of noble hop character and presence of other flavors.

On tap at the brewpub. Medium golden pour with white head and good sticky lacing. Somewhat of a neutral aroma with some fresh lake water accents. Flavor is crisp with some sweet honey accents and a subtle hoppy bite. Crisp, dry mouthfeel. Pretty solid.
