Can. Lousy floral aroma, like really cheap and stale perfume. Standard yellow. Harsh grass and cereal flavors. Fairly foul. Thin palate with some rough alcohol. This is an amped-up happoshu, and the higher alc makes it even rougher. I should have put it in the freezer before trying it; instead I dumped it down the drain after a few sips.

Ice lager. 7%. 110 yen. Something screamed don’t buy it, but the can art is pretty cool - so hey, why not? It’s certainly better than one would expect given the formula described initially. Soft, pale wheat nose. Quite rich with a good wallop of malt, though not too much, like these kind of beers can be. Quite warming on the finish. No real bitterness to speak of. Hey, colour me surprised. Best served ice cold though.
