Can brought from Hokkaido, Japan by a friend. The beer says it is only available in Hokkaido, but others seem to have got it in the US. Either way, it’s a decent lager; smooth and crisp. Drinkable, but not amazing. Glad I had it, thank you Masaki San.

This was slightly better than I expected. It had been awhile since I had a Sapporo and I can’t say Im going to rush out again but better than Budwiser and for a watery light beer it was just fine. Not a ton of flavour.

its a very good beer, alot better then expected, very fruity taste that goes down smooth. Looked and smelled like budweiser but was much better then it in flavor and palate!

Descent beer. Really good with sushi. It’s pretty light, not heavy on the stomach. Winter beer.
2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 Wulfstan (509) - California, USA - SEP 21, 2007
UPDATED: MAY 28, 2008 This is decent for what it is and fairly typical, but not bad. It is light and rather bland with little depth and a thin aroma. However, it is moderately balanced with a touch of both sweetness and bitterness, has some flavour, and it is drinkable.

Can: Sapporo classic, kurashitsuku, seems good. Some light malt and hop in the nose, very light malt and alcohol in the flavor and finish. Seems basic enough, can’t hold the freshness for me. Meh.

I’m not sure what a Sake Bomb is, but I’m afraid. This beer has no taste, no aroma, and is only slightly sweeter than tap water. Highly carbonated though, so it’ll settle your stomach when mixed with some bitters.

Another crisp pale lager that has a slight malt characteristic. I’d never seek out this beer, except during sake bombing.
