Can at local sushi house. Nothing outstanding about this beer. Not bad with Japanese food and sake.

A good balanced beer. Various tastes appear at different times. A little sweet now, a little bitter next. Canned version fizzy but has little head. Once settled in the glass it is crystal clear.

UPDATED: NOV 28, 2006 Mild grain taste. Very light color with a small head. I have seen this beer used very commonly in saki bombing at restaurants and bars.

Bottle, 4.7%. As Sapporo Premium Lager. Golden colour, small white head. Grainy flavour. Medium bitterness. Standard lager, no worse than most others.

This is a real consistent beer. Lots of subtle flavors and nuances. Great color. The bottles seem to have a better head? Great food and very refreshing.

On tap at Japanese restaurant. Not a whole lot of flavor, but better than US mass market beers. Also happens to go very well with sushi.

Delirium (652) - Houston, Texas, USA - MAY 14, 2006
UPDATED: MAY 21, 2006 Draught. Pours fizzy yellow; tastes and smells fizzy yellow. As compared to the usual Sapporo, this is slightly better; it has a bit more hops and generally slightly more taste.
