May 13, 2006 Draught at the Sapporo Beer Garden. Pours bright fire-engine red. Smells like cherry syrup, and tastes like cherry 7-up. This looks, smells, and tastes nothing even remotely like beer, so is hard to judge as beer, really. It might be an ok soft drink (although I find it a bit cloyingly sweet), but it sure isn’t a good fruit beer.

Jul 12, 2004 A clear pink color, like a Cherry 7-Up with a small pinkish head. A sweet & sour scent of cherries & lemons. An unusual cloying taste, not insipid but not very good. Nice for ladies or non-beer drinkers. A change of pace from the mass produced lagers I usualy encounter.
