Can from Tesco. Fairly light pour, head gone before too long. Hint of grain and rice in the background but some pleasant sweetness and easy drinking enough. Decent pale lager.

On tap at a Japanese restaurant. Yellow pour with a white head. Light malt, corn and biscuit in the taste and aroma. Pretty run-of-the-mill pale lager

Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a transparent gold with white head that dissipates into lacing pretty quickly. Smells mildly skunky with soft notes of biscuit and lager yeast. Tastes like it smells, but blander, with a fairly crisp medium light-bodied mouthfeel. Unmemorable, but good for washing down a big Japanese dinner.

From Carrefour San Juan. In Ikea?s pint glass. 66 cl can. 4.55?. Watching Sons of Anarcharchy 7x01-02. Smooth, watery, not bad tasting but tiresome. Its overpriced around 400%.

Not an altogether bad companion to inexpensive sushi. It smells and tastes like cereal grains. Not too skunky and just a bit metallic.

Bottle from Chinatown, London. Pours golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is of malt, grass and hop. Medium sweet, minimal bitterness. Quite light body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Sticky sweet finish.

600 ml bottle poured at home. Pours a cloudy yellow with a good white head. Smells like grass, tastes quite sweet with a bit of grass flavor. I’ve had this a bunch of times but don’t recall it being this sweet. It’s okay but nothing special.
