Decent run of the mill pale lager and really does seem to compliment japanese cuisine. Light grainy aroma and light yellow pour with neutral & clean taste. Not bad but there are other pale macro lagers I would rather have, overall an easy decent & light drinker.

It has a fresh and welcoming scent of hops, newly harvested grains and a touch of lime / lemon. The flavor has a slight citrus flavor and good full body with a pleasant hop bitterness terminating in a dry aftertaste. In Japan apparently liked the somewhat dry lager types for just the dryness is common in the Japanese lagers I’ve tasted. My overall rating is a good thirst quencher with medium flavor and richness.

Can. Pours gold with a thick white head and lots of carbonation. Slight floral and skunk aroma. Very thin beginning, very little flavor. Some sourness followed by just a touch of hop bitterness. Not that good but drinkable. Unique packaging.

I like Japanese beers a lot, I don’t know why. This one is pretty common, I bought the steel 22 ounce can and downed it yesterday. Very calmer than most pale lagers, it kinda tastes a little watery, not as in your face with sweetness. Slightly drying, slightly more citrus and floral in the nose and taste. Appearance is nice, a blond with hints of darker orange, very nice bubbles and foam.

Bottled. Not bad. But sweet at the end. Passable and better than Miller. Decent. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle on sale from Bert’s Bierhuis. The beer is yellow to light golden colored and pours a small and stable white head. The aroma is grainy, with also tones of malts, a hint of citrus and some grass. Taste is very light and malty and further very watery, with some light bitterness. The finish is watery and light bitter and is noticable for a while. Not good, but drinkable.

Golden color with an ok white head. Grainy and malty aroma. Medium body with an ok carbonation. Tad sweet and a moderate bitterness. Grainy, mild fruity and malty flavor. Nothing to recommend.
