Pale Gold color, white head. Typical look, smell (DME) and taste of a Japanese Macro. From what I can make out of the Kanji, this is brought down to -1.5 C to turn into a slushie, some water is then removed to boost this to 6% ABV. Also, it seems to be brewed for release only in Hokkaido. No great loss for the rest of us.
