Overall it is very similar to the regular Sapporo. Good with sushi... When else would you drink it? pantani (1896), Salinas, California, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 28, 2007 Body is a nice gold hue, thick fluffly white head. Aroma is lightly maltly, with corn, very light hops in the background. Taste is decent, easy drinking, not overcarbonated, taste has a light hop content, light caramel note, with the malts playing through. Pretty good for a ’premium lager.’ beisen (90), California, USA

Not great, but not bad for a can. Pours gold with a tall fizzy head. Goes down relatively smooth, but has a bit of skunkiness. JohnnyJ (1312), Carlsbad, California, USA
