(650ml can) medium yellow with a lasting creamy bubbled head. Nose of sugar, raisin, clean grains. Taste of earth, clean grains, corn, well carbonated finish. Decent flavor.

The aroma is really bland and dry with malt and grassy hops. The appearance is right for the style. The taste is like the aroma and too clean. The palate is typical for the style. Overall a very clean beer that is devoid of good flavor.

I don’t think there’s a difference between this and the regular stuff. Goes well with a Japanese meal, otherwise, isn’t very good.

Not too much difference from the origional sapporo. Pours yellow but not too watery colored, smell is of grass and wheat. Good taste but nothing amazing.

Clear golden pour from the can with a tiny white head that fades fast. Scent is malt, cereal. Taste is typical lager, malty, bready, fizzy feel.

Pours a typical clear golden yellow with a decent white head. Aroma is quite strong and malty, not complex but still inviting. Flavor is strong and malty, enjoyable if not complex. This is a good accompaniment to a meal rather than a "stand alone" beer. Texture is quite tingly and fizzy.

Pours from the 22oz "keg can" straw colored, slightly-darker-than-you-usual-macro yellow with a massive, almost belgian-like head that diminishes by about half and remains at that point. There’s a veritable storm of bubbles rising & swirling in the glass...almost TOO much carbonation. Aroma is of sweet malt with an equal dose of funky, metallic grain/overripe fruit. !st sip is of sweet, cheap malt and a slight pinch of low quality hops. Mouthfeel is thin & watery. I suppose you could pound a few of these back to back, but it’s so bland and boring, why would you want to? Overall, not exactly terrible beer, but I see no need for me to ever let this pass my lips again.
