| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Mar 31, 2008 Yellow in color with a mediocre white head. Aromas of grain, corn and grass. Flavors of the same with a slight hoppiness. A little weak all around. zebracakes (1214), Washington DC, USA
| 1.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 4/5 | 2/10 | 2/5 | 3/20 | Mar 31, 2008 Can. Pours hazy yellow, white head. Aroma is malt, ketchup. Flavor is the same. This is pretty bad. Worse than regular Sapporo. Also, this was brewed in Canadialand. The Sapporo actually brewed in Japan tastes better. kidmartinek (980), austin, Texas, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Mar 19, 2008 Pours a slightly cloudy golden color with enough head. It’s clean, yet cloudy, a marvel. Obviously from Japan’s oldest brewery since the claimed all malt beverage has hops in it too. Smells like crisp malt and light hops. Surprisingly good. Is this a lager? Ususally lagers suck because they take so much time, effort, and marketing sell, I mean produce. A pleasant revival for the lager style of beer. AB and SABMiller need pay attention. mkgrenwel (420), Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 17, 2008 doughy is the first, strongest flavor. Some honey, apple, pear. A bit of a crispness, but a little thick in the palate, fighting off that crispness. Light crisp hop spice, cold do with more. Pretty good for what it is.

| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 15, 2008 22 oz. bottle poured into lager glass- poured transparent thin golden yellow, white head formed and stayed for a few minutes but eventually went away, medium carbonation of small bubbles, aroma of light hops, grass, and weak wheat. HIts the mouth with a thin body, the malt is very light but easily detectable, a few hops on the finish. Ok brew, drinkable and balanced. jredmond (1029), New Jersey, USA
