Light copper-golden color with a fluffy white head. This was poured from a sturdy 22 ounce aluminum can. Surprised to find this is brewed in Canada. Nice sweet maltiness with slighty bitter hops.. A nice beer that is at least one step up from American macros. I enjoyed it quite a bit for a lighter (taste-wise) beer. Nice dry finish. Recommended.

Meh. Better than the Yebisu Mellow Premium but just the same nothing special. Solid lager though. Sapporo got some skills. 16oz bottle from Don Quijote(Honolulu) formerly Daiei. NOTE: I actually had this beer a long time ago in the more typical can as pictured here in the profile. When I picked this up I was not aware it was the same thing as the new bottled version uses completely different labeling.

Can. Pours a clear, amber colour...darker than expected. Light carbonation and no real head. Aroma is all sweet malt, maybe hints of caramel and hop. Mostly hop flavour but finishes with a strange, flat bitterness.

this beer pours a golden yellow with a thin tan head. Not a whole to say about this, the aroma is skunky and bland. the flavors pretty much agree with this. This was not a good ber, but I did find it easy to drink... Won’t get this one again. Cheers

Pale golden, thick white head. Fine carbonation. The aroma is lightly herbal with a nice noble and floral hop aroma. Light biscuity malts and a soft creamy palate. Minerally bitterness. The beer is actually quite balanced and tasty. One of the better things to come out of Guelph in quite some time.

Can, shared by my roommate. Nice yellow-gold clear pour with some foamy white head. Aroma of slightly sweet corn malt and some eastern european hops. Flavor is the same, slightly medicinal / herbal tasting. Would have been even better on a hot summer day.

650ml Can - The Liquor Collection - Honolulu, Hawaii
2008 – Great Hawaiian Beer Run
Aroma – A light ale aroma this was weak from the start to finish with aroma.
Appearance – Light golden color, clear with a nice head.
Flavor – A decent lager flavor. This beer went down fast and cold and it was good for the buzz I needed that night.
Palate – Good Mouthfeel, with a dry finish.
Overall – Not my favorite style this was a beer that I tried for fun it was decent and for a hot day not bad to drink.

Beautiful clear deep golden body with a huge white head ... looks like a perfect lager. Nose is off putting ... not strong, but slightly stinky, slightly grassy. Aluminum is opaque; how do you skunk canned beer? Taste is disappointing: nicely bitter, not enough malt for balance, metallic aftertaste. Thin in the mouth, even for a lager. Not bad as a macro lager, might even work with sushi and vinegar rice. I’m going to use this can as cooking beer, not as football-watching beer.
