12 ounce bottle pours an amber color, aromas of caramel, malt, and grass. Flavor is the same as aroma with some hops at the end.

Deep amber color. Basic malt smell with some grass and grains. Medium sweetness with a hoppy finish. Light to mid bodied and low carbonation. Easy drinking beer. Vienna meets Munich halfway to Marzen.

12oz bottle poured into a pint glass. Appearance is a slightly hazy dark gold with plenty of carbonation leading to a thick two finger head. Retention is pretty good. Smell is some caramel malt along with a metallic note that is not too pleasant. Also some grassy hops buried in there. The taste is much better than the smell with a pleasant caramel maltiness dominating. There are also some bready flavors in there along with some grassy hops. A nice soft bitterness comes in at the finish. First off, I think this more a vienna lager than a german pilsener. It actually reminds me somewhat of SA Boston Lager but not as good. This is a solid but unspectacular brew.

Pours a light amber color with some malty aromas. Slight hop flavor which balances the malts well. Pretty drinkable beer.

Beautiful aroma, much more than I expected. Something of a bland taste, but that may be because it was drunk with pulled pork. Nice sweetness, very mild on the bitterness, but the aroma hops really come through. Much nicer than I expected. Bottle from somewhere in Saratoga, shared with kevinsenn.

Bottle shared with toffsbury. Pours clear and golden. Honey, fruits, and spice in the aroma. Taste is pretty sweet; some honey in there. Fairly full body for a lager. Nice.

12oz bottle from a mixed pack. Kinda boring, still pour; clear copper color. Nice caramel malt aroma. Pretty tasty too; well balanced sweetness and light bitterness. Nice, easy drinking lager.

Bottle from variety 6 pack. Toasty, caramel aroma. Medium body, sweet malty base, nutty, creamy, finish dried up a bit, but far from crisp. No detectable flaws, but no aspect rises above average. I could drink a few of these.
