UPDATED: DEC 19, 2005 A very beutiful amber color and an OK beige head. The aroma is nicely malty with some notes of brewing mash. It tastes malty sweet with light fruitiness and nuttiness. The end is somewhat dry with nutty notes.

12 fl oz bottle as Saranac Adirondack Lager. Pours hazy orange with a two finger thick and white head. Aroma is malty, caramelish and slight breadish. Light herbal hoppy note. Vague metallic flavoured. A bit flat on the malt flavours, herbal to grassy hops going towards a dry and bitter finish. Ends medium dry.
