Bottle to pint. Looks decent; a transparent orange with white lacing. Smells alright, but definitely malt-forward for an IPA. Tastes like it smells, but thin and unbalanced, with an average (at best) mouthfeel. Nope.

Used to love picking up the 12 beers of Christmas at Peter’s and icing this one down right away. Tastes slightly better than the pale ale. Brings back some great memories.

pours a semi-cloudy amber-orange with a very small off-white head, and some lacing.
smell is faint, hops, floral, caramel, and roasted malt.
taste is a bit watery, hoppy, some citrus, some caramel, and a little malt in the back. ends a little bitter. not as bitter as i would expect from an IPA.

UPDATED: AUG 14, 2012 Bouteille 12 oz. Arôme de malt herbes. Notes malt herbes pas très aromatique légère amertume en finale. Correct masi pas vraiment une IPA.

Thin and watery. Almost no aroma to speak of. Taste had no complexity, just straight pine. Disappointing.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2013 Draught at Antenna America. Malty nose, ok but not much going on. Light citrus and sweet. Dark gold with a fine head. Sweet flavor of oranges and metal. Typical but not distinctive. Passable.

Bottle. Copper pour. Grapefruit, pine, caramel, light but bitter finish. Not a bad IPA.

Bottle: Shy Aroma, malt and hops. Pale amber color and a white foamy head. Flavor is light sweet, light notes of malt, few fruity. Aroma hops, some resin, cascade, grapefruit. Bit light bodied and more at the lower hop Side.

Purchased at Walmart in the States on tour there. Amber colour with a creamy off-white head and very good thick lacing. Grapefruit scent with pine notes. Slightly creamy mouthfeel. Nice soft bitterness from the hop well-balanced with the malt. "Goes down easy" kind of real IPA.

Bottled. Pours clear amber with a small off-white head. Nose of citus fruit and caramel. Sweet flavor with fruit sutch as grapefruit and lemon along with caramel notes. Medium bodied, watery texture and soft carbonation. Ends up with some bitterness.
