COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hop loverís delight! In the India pale ale tradition, this brew is very hoppy in both aroma and flavor from the generous amounts of Cascade hops used in brewing. Look for a medium to full body and golden straw color.

One of the best of Saranacís ípseudo-dankí beers. Extremely bitter, but like itís pale ale cousin, not enough behind the bitterness. Not enough floral hops or malty chewiness

Slightly above average - but more astringent than hoppy. Better IPAís are out there.

Very bitter but not extraordinarly hoppy. OK body, hoppy aroma. Good IPA although not as good as Victory Hop Devil.

Didnít get a lot on the nose; slight floral scent; color a nice amber with Saranacís typical creamy, abover-average head. Flavor just ok; really not very hoppy for an IPA, and the finish is rather bland. Really more like an Amber ale. Most Saranacs seem on the sweetish side; this is a bit less so. Very average.

UPDATED: AUG 22, 2006 Bottle: Hazy pale orange with a small white head, grass and orange citrus in the aroma, starts and ends bitter, thick mouthfeel for the style, mild carbonation. Slight sweetness at the ending.

Medium to dark straw color, pretty decent, creamy head. The beer had some hop character, notably cascades but not a generous enough amount. The beer really lacked a malt profile. An average IPA. One i would try again to detect any improvments.

One of the better main stream pales out there. good beer.

Decent brew but if you advertise Cascade hops they better be evident and these arenít. Not bad but not an IPA I would choose often.
