COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A hop lover’s delight! In the India pale ale tradition, this brew is very hoppy in both aroma and flavor from the generous amounts of Cascade hops used in brewing. Look for a medium to full body and golden straw color.

A copper colored beer with an OK beige head. The aroma is quite strong with notes of straw, hops, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet and very malty to start off with, but soon the aroma hops hits You with notes of grass, and citrus, on a back drop of caramel, which again leads on to a dry hoppy bitter end still with the citrusy notes lingering around.

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Coppery colour, mediumsized slightly off-white head that leaves some lace. Aroma is fruity and floral hops along with some slight bready malts and also some slight notes of herbs. Flavour is quite much the same with also some grassy notes added. Quite basic IPA with no big surprises.

Bottle at EsBF09. Mild caramelly hoppiness, quite rough and not so pleasant. Clear amber colour, small white head. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, it has a little caramel, but not much of the grass that one would expect from an American IPA. Quite rough.

Beautiful amber color; creamy head. It has light caramel aroma and strong caramel flavor; strong bitterness; very similar to the Pale Ale, it has at least a bit more hop qualities.
