After tasting this one, I’m glad that I didn’t. I don’t think the pomegranate flavor marries well with the beer (and they’re expensive). Not horrible .. not good .. not much here, light body, light taste. I think it might be a good lawnmower beer though, which is why its a summer beer I suppose. jezmez68 (334), Chesterton, Indiana, USA

A bit of a sweet aftertaste, from the pomegranate. Dry palate afterwards, which is what I want from a fruit beer. goldtwins (4086), Nesconset, New York, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Nov 6, 2007 Poured a slightly hazed light gold with a small white head. Wheaty and grainy aroma with some light fruit to it. the flavor was sweet and just mildly fruity. I really can’t tell that it is a pomegranate beer. Light body and a wheaty citrus finish. dkoonce (899), People’s Republic of Athens, Ohio, USA

Wheaty, fruity aroma. Sweet and a bit of a flat mouth feel. Finishes a bit sour. biggcb (464), Harleysville, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Nov 1, 2007 Bottle. I was very interested to try this one because I like the idea of pomegrantes, yet also very apprehensive at the same time. My apprehension proved to be more accurate. Pours a hazy golden/amber color w/ med-sized white head. Aroma is wheat, some fruity sweetness and a little malt. Flavor was much the same. Watery and thin. Never did get much (any?) pomegranate. Not horrible, but nothing I will try again. MadIndian (997), Levittown, Pennsylvania, USA

| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Oct 18, 2007 The color was hazy and light golden. The head was fizzy and white. The aroma was pomegranate and wheat but it was lacking. the flavor was slight citris, pomegranate, and some wheat. The palate was thin and boring. The finish was clean. biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 11, 2007 Poured a cloudy bronze/copper color with a nice slightyly off-white head that stayed a while. Aroma was fruity and malty. Flavor is dominated by the fruit with a bit of tartness. I was afraid this one might be too sweet, but wasn’t. Moutfeel was good, carbonation was soft. Not too bad, I enjoyed it.
