5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Love this beer. One of my top five.
Very hoppy but has unique flavor to it. Best on tap or at least pour into a glass if you get the bottles. Hints or orange and coriander, with a refreshing zing. Leaves a decent lace, and basically smells like no other beer, almost piney. Saranac continues to impress me with their brewing ability.
Tired of people saying it’s bitter, it’s an IPA you’re supposed to taste the hops. If you can’t handle this one, then I probably don’t trust your opinion about beer anyway.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle... Poured cloudy pale yellow with a lacy white head. Nose had floral hop notes with wheated malt notes and citrus notes. Bitter orange skin with vanilla, wheat, and a hoppy bitteness. Floral, earthy, spicy hops. Not terrible which is what I was expecting.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy amber. Smells of clove, flowers, herbs. Taste is sweet and mildly bitter, a pleasant combination of wheat and hops - floral, clove, banana.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle. Pours a very cloudy dark golden color with a small head. Definitely some citrus and spices in the nose, along with some slight hoppiness. Taste has a bit of bitterness in there, but the spices make it feel a little cloudy.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from CBB. Orange-golden, cloudy, tall fine head. Very fruity, citrus nose with some spice. Sweet orange, lemon, Citra, coriander, wheat. Smooth and nice fruit. Orange peel and spice take over in the mouth. Tastes way too juice-like. Malts are kind of cardboard, finish very bitter, even astringent. Starts off decently but it is a bit rough. Still, smooth and decent even though the additives seem overdone.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
12oz bottle shared with Headbanger, poured into a Shaker at 41°. Color is a hazy yellow light carbonation and a thin tight head. Aroma is big citrus with back tones of grass and hay. It has a lighter medium body with a crisp mouth feel. Flavor is citrus with a lemon rind up front then some hop spice and bitterness. After taste is more bitterness and pepper giving it a slightly dry feel. Overall it seems to hit what it what they clam it is, some of the hop aspects of an IPA and the spice of a White. This is just not something I want in a beer.

12oz bottle 1/16/13 (Courtesy or RSRIZZO)-41° in Shaker-Pours a cloudy yellowish golden with a white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, malt, grains, and grass. Taste of the same. This light bodied brew is not bad but is not what I was expecting.
