Bottle. Hazy to cloudy golden yellow color with floaties. Aroma of sour apple, leom, subtle strawberry and rhubarb. Taste starts with sweet apple tarts then softly sour apple skins and subtle citrus. Very tasty.

Cloudy light yellow. Flat. Woody, appley complex and earthy aroma hints at a rustic and austere cider. Dry, tart with light tannins and some light sugars up front. Less woody than the nose promised. Refreshing. Great character and balance - Spanish cider I need to know more.

Bottle from Monument in Concord, CA. Pours piss color with some white bubbles. Dry astringent aroma of golden apple skins. Near medium body with very mild carbonation. Flavor is dry, astringent apple - of a golden flavor. Arguably a bit oaky and somewhat sour. Most definitely dry. A very good drinker.

75cl bottle, thanks ryan. Lightly hazed straw body, no head. Aroma is moderately sweet, apple, wood, fairly tart, moderate funk. Taste is medium sweet, wood, apple. Still, light-medium body, light acidity.

(750ml bottle) Pours a hazy pale yellow body with some small white bubbles. Found it interesting that the bottle recommends pouring from 1 meter (3 feet) into the glass to provide natural carbonation. Aroma of earthiness, barnyard, light grapefruit, and band-aid. Flavor of apple, cork, light funkiness, band-aid, and chloraseptic spray.

750 mL bottle from Wine Warehouse in Charlottesville, VA and shared at Immy’s Backyard Throwdown. Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a large head. Fair head retention and lacing. Aroma is tart and funky apples. Taste is green apple, tart lemon and light funk. Very mild carbonation. Light bodied.

it is a funky wild cidre with an interesting smoky hint and some fruity tartness.

UPDATED: FEB 12, 2012 Bottle… This cider rocks!… Hazy straw-colored cider with no head. The aroma is a funky-as-hell mélange of leather, cow manure, vanilla, wood and fallen apples. Medium-bodied with a whisper of carbonation. Funky, sour-as-hell flavor with an afterthought of vanilla. Lemon & vanilla finish. Smells and tastes a bit like the apple slices my grandma “aged” on her “hot and humid” porch down in Arkansas every August for her almost-world-famous apple butter. "Aged?" Ok, maybe not. How about "control-spoiled?" World class sour cider!

Bottle thanks to Sarah. Pours a hazy pale yellowish gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma has some sweet apples but is mainly tart and a backing blue/stinky cheese. Flavor begins with a lot of tartness but mellows into a sweetness and has a strong funky cheese in the aftertaste.
