On tap at the brew pub, beer listed as Maibok and 25 BU instead of IBU.

Pours up deep gold with faint white head. The aroma is malts and light colored fruity esters. The taste is a wave of malt sweetness to start that plows into sweet fruity esters of plums, apricots and a mild raisin note. Into the finish I get a mild roasted malt notes. Yum. I like this.
