At brewpub. Pale golden with very little head. Aroma is apply but not offensive at all, just a nice fruitiness. Low carbonation is at a nice level. Lots of grain in the body. Very lightly hopped but the finish is flavorful.

On tap at Sarasota Brewing on 5/24/08. Pours a clear golden with thin white head. Aroma is faint and uninteresting. Not much in the nose but sourness and a slight bitterness. Flavor is sour and bitter with an unpleasant finish. Hard to finish the entire pint pour.

On tap at the brew pub. Pours up pale clear gold with faint white head. The aroma is sweet to grainy to floral hops. The taste has a fresh grainy maltiness coupled with some mild amounts of sweet malts and cereal. It has a nice biting mostly spice noble hoppiness.

On tap at Sarasota Brewing March 2005--Gotta hand it to this brewery fro trying to be an oasis in a place where craft beer is hard to come by. This one poured a light straw-golden light body with a thin white head. Weak to non-existent nose. Mild grassiness with the slightest hops profile. Mostly grainy flavor. Watery and uber-sessionable.

Draft at brewpub. Poured clear pale color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate sour citrus hoppy aroma. Medium body. Medium bitter flavor with a bittersweet finish of moderate duration. Pleased to find this brew to watch bad football game.
Earlier Rating: 11/25/2005 Total Score: 2.2
Draft at brewpub. Pours a clear amber with a small head. Small aroma. Light body with a thin texture. Light flavor with a short finish.
