Deep dark black with hints of ruby. Mostly opaque but some light did pass through the small tasting glass I sampled from. Aroma is chocolate and coffee. Flavors are typical dry stout, coffe, choclate, roasted malt. Medium body. Decent stout but does not really stand out.
