A: Pours a very pale cloudy yellow hue. Light head that does not exhibit much retention or lace. S: Very mild aroma even for the style. Hints of Belgian yeast with some banana and bubblegum. The typical hefe like clove aromas are there as well. T: Very watered down to be honest. Not much flavor here. Take your typical hefe and add two parts water and you would have this one. M: Rather light in body, okay carbonation. D: Watered down and less than flavorful

BückDich (5464) - McCall, Idaho, USA - MAY 1, 2010
Draft @ Brewpub: Pours a hazy light gold color with a pure sticky white head. The nose is citrusy with light esters and some light banana & clove. The flavor is thin with a light wheat film that coats the palate but missing the depth of hops or grainy notes that a good decoction will impart. Nice aroma.

Draft at Sarasota BP. Poured hazy yellow color with an average frothy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate wheat, banana and clove aroma. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium smooth sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration. This is good session beer.

Tap at brewpub Pours golden hazy with white head. Aroma is overly light, hints of fruits, wheat and yeast. Flavor, wheaty, yeasty, light spices with hints of coriander and clove. Small fruit mouthfeel with a grainy finish. There is also some lingering bitterness with some bready maltiness. Overall light and too watery in the finish.
