5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Beautifully sweet and sticky with distinctive hoppy caramel taste that always reminds me of Northern Slovakia - It is quite simply heaven in a bottle.
Not great alcoholic content hence Slovaks think of it as a womans beer lol
Only sold in certain places in Slovakia - Cannot for the life of me find it in the UK even though I can find the disgusting Corgon and Zlaty Bazant.
Overall the best beer I have ever drunk.

I love this beer, very sweet with rich taste. Different than other commonly offered dark beers which are more bitter.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
I had this on tap in Kosice. A very dark brown beer with strong roasted malt flavor. Moderate head as served (at cellar temperature). Just enough hop bite to clear the malt from the palate. A fine example of a dark lager, and the best beer I had in Slovakia.

Draught at the 1.Slovak Pub, Bratislava, Slovakia. Certanly the best slovak beer that I had in Bratislava, dark brown coloured, minimal pale brown head, roasty malt flavor, chocolate and mild coffee aroma, pleasant light sweet finish

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
This was my first (to my recollection) dark Slovak beer. Served with a fluffy, foamy, frothy, thick tan head that lasted and some lace. Color is a clear, dark garnet. Aroma is mild, roasty, dark malt, a little coffee, cocoa, & fruit. Flavor was the same with not too much sweetness. Reminds me a little of a black lager. Body is a tad light and has good carbonation. Finish is like flavor with short to medium length. Very easy drinking beer. Session

Kedvenc szlovák söröm. Maga a kiegyensúlyozottság. Most éppen árulják a Különleges sörök boltjába. Mindenki irány oda!!!

0,5l bottle. Dark brown colour with big slowly shrinking foamy tan head. Aroma: Candy sugar, coffee, alcohol. Taste: Sweet, sweet, sweet malty taste. One dimensional but very tasty. A bit watery but this makes it very drinkable. I feel a very light roasty taste, with some earthy tones. Light body with soft carbonation. Pleasent sweet finish. Slightly bitter. Best dunkel Ive ever had.
