3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 ekstedt (3624) - Göteborg, SWEDEN - NOV 7, 2011
Bottle (33 cl) from the Cracked Kettle. Clear golden, fizzy white head. Nice fruity aroma initially, followed by evident alcoholic notes. Meidum bodied, high carbonation. Dry with medium, slighly alcoholic, bitterness. Could have been a 4+ rating without the heavy alcoholic-ness.

Bottle at a pub in Lier, Belgium. It poured a clear pale golden liquid with a big white head. Mild smell and taste with earth, some fruit and a light malty body. Feels like the main purpose of this beer is to get drunk.

Bottle 330ml. Well balanced, alcohol is not noticeable. Aromas of grain, caramel, and citrus. Taste is sweet, with bitter notes, and long length. Palate is velvety, with a medium-to-full body. Yellow, bubbly, with a frothy head.
3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Kristall-König (1552) - Oldenburg, GERMANY - AUG 19, 2011
Geruch malzig, zugleich süßlich-fruchtig auftretend. Test vom 23.9.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche
