The beer itself is neither good nor bad, I could happily drink away at these but they are just average. Not overly tasty but still drinkable.

From the can at a house party. Body is medium, slightly foamy. Taste is mild, malty, semisweet, maybe a touch metallic. I could drink a few of these.

stravale (2229) - Near Carrick-on-Shannon, IRELAND - FEB 19, 2014
Can from Tesco, Longford [190214]
Very pale yellow, big frothy head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of faint pale cereal malt. Taste of slight pale sweet malts, no hops, almost nothing, very bland. Palate - Medium carb, thin and watery. Finish as main flavour, almost nothing there.
Overall - Not a pils at all - itís a very bland pale lager. Cheaply made watery garbage. Waste of money.

Can bought in Ireland. Pale golden in colour with a thin head. An ordinary but drinkable enough dry pilsener.

Can. Canít believe they still make this stuff, and anyone buys it at almost Ä3 a can. Deep gold with a thin head, grainy aroma. Flavour is sour malt, light bitterness on a dry sweetish finish.

Can. A light golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of straw and lemons. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw and minerals, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light.
