12 oz. Opaque ebony with a creamy disc of foam. Smells of dark-roasted husky grain, soy, soured milk, dark chocolate and light booze. Tastes of chocolate covered cherry and sour cream. Touches of espresso and graham cracker on the finish help to dry this sweet brew a bit. Medium-heavy body has a smooth low carbonation and is to the sweet side.

Dark beer with a khaki colored foam ring for a head. Sweet nose of chocolate covered cherries with some roast grains. This is a very sweet beer with lots of lactose, hints of cherry pie filling and dark chocolate. Almost too rich for me.

coffee and sweet cherry and dark fruit aroma pleasant enough..dark brown/black liquid no light comes thru..let me catch up with this taste..creamy café mocha with chocolate cherries really unusual and being a cherry fan I like it..leaves a lingering pleasant cherry/malt aftertaste smooth creamy mouthfeel overall very pleasantly surprised a drinkable sweet cherry flavored stout that tastes good

Bottle pours dark brown with thin tan head. Aroma of cherries and toasted malts. Flavors of sour cherries, toast, and hints of bittersweet chocolate. As the ale warmed, the flavor became "sweeter" but was more in style with a sour right out of the cooler. Let it warm to maximize the flavor.

Pours black with a froth tan head. Aroma is dark chocolate, roast, coffee and cherry. Taste is sweet with some light bitters, mostly sweet with some lactic acidity. Medium bodied, smooth and almost creamy but not quite.

Courtesy of Ed5388. Pours black. Medium, rich creamy light brown head. Aroma is nice and roasty, semi-sweet, milk chocolate, coffee, chocolate covered cherries. Flavor follows. Medium body. Very very light cherry tartness. Silky smooth. Super creamy. Nice sweet roastiness, mildly bitter. Usually these types of beer disappoint but this one lives up. I like it. Good beer for desert. Can’t help but think of pineapple express here...

Bottle. Dark cola colored with a 1 finger tan head. Aroma is advertised. Lactic with chocolate and cherry. Taste follows suit. The cherry is in the store brand cherry cola/Hostess cherry pie/cherry cordial neighborhood. Palate is medium and smooth. Not awful, just a bit artificial tasting.

Very dark with a negligible tan head. Sweet, smooth, with roasted malt, cocoa, and fruit (obviously the cherries, but more complex than that). Not too strong or thick.

Poured from bottle. Pours a very dark brown, with light brown head. Aroma of cocoa and cherry. Tastes of cocoa, coffee with a slight hint of cherry. The initial taste is the cherry flavor with a finish of coffee/cocoa.
